I've just checked, and The Witch of Primrose Hill is available in the U.S. on Amazon.com

It takes 6-8 weeks before books are available on there, so I'm glad everything is all right with it and they've allowed it to be added to their list. It's priced at $11.22, so hopefully my US fans will be able to order it better through Amazon.
